We accept refund requests within 7 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.
To request a refund, contact us at info@noir-set.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
